Unprecedented, surreal, and a sure sign the Bush Administration is spinning out of control.

According to Rummy, the Pentagon will sponsor a 9/11 support-our-troops-that-died-for-a-lie march and country music concert in Washington D.C.

Yes, poll numbers are not looking good for the President, but is this how you turn public sentiment in your favor? Will this event right the wrongs?
