Is Rove a Little Fish In the Plame-Gate Affair?

It seems that Karl Rove is a small bit player in a bigger scandal that is brewing in the White House. The Plame-Gate Affair has everything to do with forcing down the throats of the American people and the world a false claim that Saddam was seeking uranium yellowcake from Niger. The outing of Plame was done to discredit Joe Wilson's findings in Niger for the sole purpose of keeping on track an ignoble lie that needed to grease the wheels for war in Iraq. Shamefully this treasonous outing of a CIA operative not only jeopardized the safety of Plame and her contacts, but also exposed a CIA-cover company in Saudi Arabia where Plame was responsible for tracking WMD proliferation throughout the middle east. One only knows how much more vulnerable the US is to a terrorist nuclear attack. Yes, Rove is a bad man that should be fired for peddling the CIA operatives identity, but we should not get to mired in just going after Rove....he's just a little fish in this saga. Instead of focusing our attention on Rove as primary culprit, we need to take a good hard look at those that were peddling the forged Niger yellowcake documents and story in the White House, Defense Department, and State Department as they had a lot riding on this lie. It is hard to believe that Rove was involved in the minute of the Niger lie; unlike others in the administration. Although Rove is known to be a very sharp and ruthless political combatant, I really think Rove had no idea.....the wool was pulled over his eyes and played as a patsy on this one. So who setup Rove? This answer may lie with Judith Miller. I think the source Judith Miller is protecting is not Rove, but rather the BIG FISH that both Rove and Dubya are probably curious to know about. Which makes one wonder why the media is just focusing on Rove when clearly the evidence suggests there's a much bigger fish waiting to be caught.
